This policy explains how and when we ship your Mevabite order. Timelines are indicative and depend on your location and our courier partners.

In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.
These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with location and courier load.
Delivery is complimentary on orders over ₹999. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹[ ] applies and is shown at checkout before payment.
BRAZIL ONE™ is a limited first-edition pre-order. First deliveries begin on 1 August 2026, allocated first-come, first-served. We'll notify you before your pre-order is dispatched. If shipping is expected to be significantly delayed, we'll let you know and you may cancel for a full refund — see Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow it to your door.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (weather, strikes, regional restrictions, etc.), but we will help you resolve any issue.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur a re-shipping charge.
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos (an unboxing video helps). See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
