These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline, limit or cancel any order — including for stock limits, suspected fraud, or first-come-first-served caps on limited editions.
BRAZIL ONE™ is offered as a limited first edition on a pre-order basis. First deliveries begin on 1 August 2026, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the batch is capped. Pre-order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. Nutrition and key-nutrient figures shown are estimated and pending accredited lab verification before sale.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (for example, Razorpay) supporting UPI, cards and net-banking. Your use of these services is subject to their terms. We do not store full payment credentials.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. As consumable food products, returns are limited for hygiene and safety.
Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please check the ingredients and allergen information on the pack. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or allergies, consult a qualified professional before use.
All content on this site — including text, design, logos, the Mevabite name and the BRAZIL ONE™ mark — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
